Shipping fees are non-refundable for cancelled or unwanted orders. Economy Shipping: If your order is selected with Economy Shipping, your order will ship with the cheapest method possible and can take 1-10 business days. Usually this service is for low priced items under $10 where the item is small and flat. In that case we ship with USPS First Class FLAT MAIL. This has no tracking, but it generally the same as USPS First Class, just without tracking. A reference shipment number may be auto uploaded by our system in the place of your tracking number or there may be no number uploaded at all if processed manually. Please note: If your order is marked shipped under economy shipping, we indeed have shipped it. We only mark shipped, once the item has shipped. USPS First Class Package : This shipment is generally 1-3 Business days with tracking included. Tracking is automatically uploaded at the time of pick up by USPS. USPS Priority Mail: This shipment is generally 1-3 Business days with Tracking and $50 insurance included. For addresses near our location, the time frame will be 1-2 days, while accross country will be 3 business days. Unless a shipment is over $750 or unless a buyer pays, eBay does not require signature at delivery. USPS Priority Mail Express: This shipment is generally a Next Day shipment but may be extended to 2 days if your address is not a typical location/route. These packages will be delivered on Saturdays and can be upgraded to deliver on Sundays. Please request Sunday delivery if you need by a Sunday. FedEx 2 Day: This shipment will take 1-2 Business days. FedEx will not, again WILL NOT deliver on a Saturday unless the shipment is upgraded to Satuday Delivery, which costs an additional $20-25 dependent on location. Please contact us if you need a Saturday Delivery. If a Package is shipped on a Thursday, this service will deliver on the following Monday, unless it arrives earlier than expected on Friday. FedEx Standard Overnight / Next day: This shipment will take 1 business day. We will offer you the best price we can, but please understand that FedEx charges high fees for overnight shipments. As with all FedEx shipments, this will not be delivered on Saturday, unless a buyer upgrades to Saturday Delivery. That means that if your order ships on Friday, it will not be delivered till Monday, unless you upgrade to Saturday Delivery. PAYMENT All Payments are currently processed through eBay’s checkout system and using PayPal as the processing entity. This will change in the near future as we are currently working with eBay to transition to their own managed payment processor, but since that is a new program, we are currently still using PayPal. As PayPal does not refund thier 3% Processing fee starting November 2019, we cannot refund this portion of the payment unless the cause of the refund is due to our own fault. RETURNS We always offer the maximum return period that we can possibly offer under our own limitations for our orders. We cannot accommodate returns outside of our policies. In some cases we can accommodate buyers but please understand we are still limited by our own limitations so we cannot promise anything outside of our return policies. Most listings will by subject to 30 Days return policy. That means that you can return your item in its original condition, free of damage or alterations by any means, within 30 days of receipt. Some listings will have a 60 days return policy. That means that you can return your item in its original condition, free of damage or alteration by any means, within 60 days of receipt. Once a return is initiated and approved, you have 10 days to return the item. If you do not return the item within 10 days, we must close your return and deny it. We are on a time frame as well so we cannot approve a return only to receive it 30 days later. We would then be stuck with the return so we ask that all buyers please use the same courtesy you would expect from us when returning your item, as we always ship orders as quickly as possible and protected. Any items that are returned missing parts, accessories, altered, or damaged, will be subject to deduction from full refund using eBay’s Seller Free Returns partial refund deduction guidelines. We have to return items (or resell items) the exact way that we shipped them, so while buyers may use their items, they are still responsible and required to maintain the quality of the item within the return period otherwise we may deny the return or be forced to deduct from refund using these eBay official policy guidelines. This is a policy put in place for sellers that pay for their buyer’s return fees and shipping, being that sellers are agreeing to accommodate buyer returns automatically within return period. As PayPal now does not refund processing fees for all transactions refunded or cancelled, this 3% processing fee is non refundable to customers unless the issue is our own fault. Any order that is Returned to us for an address issue or return to sender/refused, will be refunded less the shipping charges we paid and the 3% PayPal processing fee. We have expressed our concern with this new PayPal policy to eBay and we are currently working with eBay to find another alternative to this, but until then we have to process based on PayPal’s processing policies.
